How can I find information on liens and judgments?
The Judgments and Lien Index Office of the Office of Judicial Records (215) 686-6665/7008 provides information on judgments and liens in the City of Philadelphia. They are responsible for performing searches for outstanding liens and/or judgments and certifying the results thereof and providing computers for public use to obtain judgment, lien, and case information.  

The Judgments and Lien Index Office (215) 686-6665/7008 is located at City Hall in Room 262 and is open from 9 am to 4 pm. Current Civil Court Case dockets can be searched at https://www.phila.gov/services/crime-law-justice/search-civil-case-dockets/.

You Should Know:
Judgments can be searched online here https://fjdefile.phila.gov/docs/judghelp.htm and Liens can be searched by any local Title Insurance company listed online.
