To find out if a property in Philadelphia has been issued a violation, visit atlas.phila.gov.
Enter the exact address into the Property Search box and click the magnifying glass to the right.
The violation will be located in the Licenses & Inspections section.
You Should Know:
Any property information available in the L+I database, including Permits, Licenses, and Violations will come up if applicable.
