You may pay in the following ways:
- To pay a ticket over the phone (by check only, please have your routing number and check number ready) or to ask a question about a ticket (have your ticket number ready), call the Finance Code Unit (215) 567-2605.

- Residents can pay tickets by mailing a check made payable to the "City of Philadelphia" to City of Philadelphia Department of Finance, P.O. Box 56318, Philadelphia, PA 19130-6318.
- Payments will also be accepted in person at the Violations Branch, 913 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm.
