Important Dates for the Election Coming Up:
October 20: 
Last Day to Register to vote in the 2025 General Election.
October 28: Last day to Apply for a Mail-In Absentee Ballot.
November 4: Election day!
November 4: Mail-In Ballots must be received by 8 p.m. in person at City Hall, County Board of Elections, Rm 140 19107, (215) 686-3469, or at any of our 10 District Satellite Election Offices.
How do I file a Mail-In Ballot?
Mail-in Ballot Applications Can be Found Online at https://vote.phila.gov/voting/vote-by-mail/vote-by-mail/.
Mail-in Ballot Drop-off/Satellite Office Locations – Any qualified voter may apply for a mail-in ballot. You may request this ballot without a reason.
Find the 25 24/7 Drop-off Locations throughout the city at https://www.phila.gov/voting/ or https://vote.phila.gov/voting/vote-by-mail/mail-in-voting-centers.

    You Should Know:

    Early voting is the same process as Mail-In Ballots. Use the Satellite Offices to submit your vote.

    Deadlines:
    All Civilian Applications for Mail-In, Absentee, and Alternative Ballots MUST have been received by the County Board of Elections no later than 5 pm the Tuesday before the election.
    Postmarks are NOT honored; applications must be in the office before the deadline.

    Early Voting

    To designate someone else to turn in your ballot because you are elderly or disabled, print out the Designation and Certification of Agent form at https://files7.philadelphiavotes.com/absentee-ballot/09_30_04_Designation_and_Certification_of_Agent_Forms.pdf.

    Someone who has applied for a Mail-In Ballot but has not received it can still vote by Provisional Ballot. Find more info at https://www.vote.pa.gov/Voting-in-PA/Pages/Voting-by-Provisional-Ballot.aspx.
