How do I file a police report?
In person. To file a police report about crimes and other incidents that occur within the City of Philadelphia, call 911 to have an officer dispatched to your location or go to the local Police District where the event occurred. This applies to emergency and non-emergency reports.
You Should Know:
Police Reports must be filed in person. Either you go in person to a police district, or you call 911 and a police officer comes to you.
