The initial fee to file for child support is a minimum of $23.50.You Should Know:A Child Support Order is a written order signed by a judge stating a specific amount of money to be paid at specific times for the care of a child.
- It may also include information about who is responsible for health insurance for the child.
- In order to obtain Child Support in Philadelphia, the parent must be a resident of Philadelphia and have proof that the child resides primarily with them.
