When filing for custody you need the following information:
  • Photo identification
  • The address of the party you are filing against
  • Child/children's birth certificate/s and social security number/s
First time filing fee $107.13. Fee to modify an existing order or for emergency custody $42.68. MUST be cash or money order only.
