How do I get a wedding ceremony or wedding photo permit?
You need a permit to hold a wedding ceremony or to take wedding, engagement, or other professional photos on Philadelphia Parks & Recreation property.

  1. Download and fill out the permit application for wedding ceremonies and wedding/engagement photos.
  2. Include permit payment. Applications will not be processed without payment. The name and address on the check or money order must match the name and address on the application.
  3. Return application by mail to: Special Events Office, CASE Building4300 S. Concourse Dr.Philadelphia, PA 19131

You Should Know:
The City Representative's Office and the Special Events Office are one office now, with one Director/City Representative.

You may apply for a permit by mail or visit the Special Events Office. Faxed or emailed applications are not accepted. Allow at least 14 days for approval.
