How do I get a wedding ceremony or wedding photo permit?
You need a permit to hold a wedding ceremony or to take wedding, engagement, or other professional photos on Philadelphia Parks & Recreation property.
- Download and fill out the permit application for wedding ceremonies and wedding/engagement photos.
- Include permit payment. Applications will not be processed without payment. The name and address on the check or money order must match the name and address on the application.
- Return application by mail to: Special Events Office, CASE Building, 4300 S. Concourse Dr., Philadelphia, PA 19131
You Should Know:
The City Representative's Office and the Special Events Office are one office now, with one Director/City Representative.
You may apply for a permit by mail or visit the Special Events Office. Faxed or emailed applications are not accepted. Allow at least 14 days for approval.
