What to Expect and When:

An inspection will occur within 20 business days

Violations will be issued if appropriate

The owner has 35 calendar days to correct the problem(s) before re-inspection

up to 3 re-inspections may be conducted to ensure violations were complied or resolved. If not complied at last inspection, the property may be referred to court for judgment

Service Request of type Residential Fire Safety Complaint, or High Rise Complaint, and the Department of Licenses and Inspections (L+I) will inspect for fire code violations within a building.
