What can I do about excessive dog barking?
If barking dogs are creating a nuisance in your neighborhood call the Animal Care & Control Team (ACCT) (267) 385-3800, email fieldservices@acctphilly.org, or visit http://www.acctphilly.org/ and file a complaint online.

You Should Know:
According to Philadelphia Code, excessive barking is more than 5 expressions of sound from one or more animals (such as individual barks from one or more dogs) during a five-minute period that can be heard beyond 50 feet of the property.
