What is the Permit Navigator and how do I use it?
The Permit Navigator pilot for storefront fit-outs and residential alterations is now live at https://permits.phila.gov/. It is a wizard to walk through what permits are needed for any storefront or one or two-family renovation project and approvals. The Permit Navigator will soon expand the scope of work to include commercial and residential construction and demolition projects.

This portal is specifically to calculate the permits and/or licenses to open or expand a storefront business or work out the permits and associated fees for an existing one or two-family renovation project.Now covering all 190 property-related requirements, the tool provides customized guides with estimated costs, timelines, and clear next steps—all in one place.Further Information:
