What is the Philadelphia Tax Center?
The Philadelphia Tax Center is the online portal to pay all city taxes and is available at tax-services.phila.gov

As of October 3, 2022, all city taxes will be payable using the Philadelphia Tax Center. As part of the transition, all city tax sites will go offline on September 28 and come back on October 3. Starting September 16, city Taxes will not be payable by phone using the ACH Debit EZ-pay system.

10/03/22Don’t use the eFile/ePay website to file and pay City taxes; instead, use the Tax Center.

All city taxes will be payable on this website. The eFile/ePay website should no longer be used for paying city taxes. The following taxes are being added to the Tax Center for payment on October 3:

• Parking Tax
• Valet Parking Tax
• Hotel Tax
• Amusement Tax
• Coin-operated Tax
• Vehicle Rental Tax
• Outdoor Advertising Tax
• Commercial Trash Fees (Refuse Fee)
• Police Fees
• Agency Receivable Fees (L & I fees)
