What is the Philadelphia Tax Center?
The Philadelphia Tax Center is the online portal to pay all city taxes and is available at tax-services.phila.gov

You Should Know:

All city taxes will be payable using the Philadelphia Tax Center. City Taxes are not payable by phone using the ACH Debit EZ-pay system.

All city taxes will be payable on this website. The eFile/ePay website should no longer be used for paying city taxes. The following taxes are being added to the Tax Center for payment on October 3:

• Realty Transfer Tax
• Hospital Tax
• Parking Tax
• Valet Parking Tax
• Hotel Tax
• Amusement Tax
• Coin-operated Tax
• Vehicle Rental Tax
• Outdoor Advertising Tax
• Commercial Trash Fees (Refuse Fee)
• Police Fees
• Agency Receivable Fees (L & I fees)
