What is the Philadelphia Tax Center? The Philadelphia Tax Center is the online portal to pay all city taxes and is available at tax-services.phila.gov.
You Should Know:All city taxes will be payable using the Philadelphia Tax Center. City Taxes are not payable by phone using the ACH Debit EZ-pay system. City Tax Refunds are now receivable by ACH Direct Deposit. When you fill out your petition, choose "direct deposit".Easily track the status of your refund using the City’s “Where’s My Refund?” tool. The online tracker is available in the “Refunds” panel on the Philadelphia Tax Center‘s home page.
The Philadelphia Free Business Tax Preparation Program offers free business tax preparation assistance —local, state, and federal—to small businesses earning less than $250,000 in revenue. Services will be available both virtually and in person through selected tax professionals across the city who speak multiple languages.
