What methods of payments can I use to pay my water bill?
Customers can pay by mail by sending in the return portion of the bill with a check or money order, made payable to
Water Revenue Bureau, P.O. Box 41496, Philadelphia, PA 19101-1496

Customers may make payments over the phone by calling
(877) 309-3709 or (215)685-6300 or set up bank payments through your bank.

Customers can pay online at www.phila.gov/pay and select what kind of water bill customer you are. 
To use these online services a customer will need their current water bill.

Further Information:
Payments made on-line take two business days to post to an account. If a customer's account is scheduled for shut off within 5 days, they should pay their bill at one of the Water Revenue Bureau's authorized payment centers listed above.

Customers can pay their water bill in cash at the payment center in the Municipal Services Building or by credit card at the bill pay kiosk located on the Concourse level. All other payment centers accept checks and money orders.
