If you are a tenant and have been illegally locked out, contact the Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) and ask for a Sergeant or Lieutenant.

Police should be dispatched to your address and you will need to provide proof of residency.

Once proof of residence is established, Police will further assist with lockout.

The tenant may also contact the Fair Housing Commission
