According to Philadelphia Code, dog owners must clean up after their dogs on their own property every 12 hours. If you have a neighbor who is not cleaning up after their dog in their yard, call the Animal Care & Control Team (ACCT) (267) 385-3800, email fieldservices@acctphilly.org, or visit http://www.acctphilly.org/​.
