Answer
Will the City pick up my trash on a Holiday?

No, trash or recycling collection will NOT take place on the day of the city observed holiday. Trash and recycling collection will be one day behind schedule for the remainder of the week following a City observed holiday. Residents should place their trash out for collection on the next day. During weeks with a City-observed holiday, there are no second trash collections.

This is only for the week of the observed Holiday, normal collection schedule resumes the following week.

Trash is collected until 7 pm on your trash day.
