How do I contact the Department of Revenue?
The Department of Revenue, revenue@phila.gov, may be reached online, in person, or by telephone (8 am - 5:30 pm). For email updates, use https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/sl/dlCFCbS to sign up. Online information and forms are available at www.phila.gov/revenue. 
The North Philadelphia and Northeast office are accepting payments only (no cash) at this time.

You may pay your Water bill by phone by dialing (877) 309-3709.

You may pay your Real Estate Tax bill by phone by dialing (833) 913-0795.

The city now has a new web portal for paying taxes at tax-services.phila.gov. You can pay by e-check with no fee or credit card with a fee.

Further Information:
The Municipal Services Building (MSB) is open to the public. It is preferred that customers make an appointment.
Limited cashiering appointments can be made from the following revenue pages:
Walk-ins are welcome at our three Municipal Services centers. No appointment is necessary. Our North Philadelphia Services Center is  open to the public after being closed for several years. You can get Tax and Water services at this location. We don’t accept cash payments at this service center.
