The Municipal Services Building (MSB) is open to the public. It is preferred that customers make an appointment.
Limited cashiering appointments can be made from the following revenue pages:
Walk-ins are welcome at our three Municipal Services centers. No appointment is necessary. Our North Philadelphia Services Center is open to the public after being closed for several years. You can get Tax and Water services at this location. We don’t accept cash payments at this service center.Face-to-face service is available at one of the following centers:
