How do I contact the Department of Revenue?
The Department of Revenue, revenue@phila.gov, may be reached online, in person, or by telephone. Online information and forms are available at www.phila.gov/revenue. 
Until further notice, the North Philadelphia satellite (mini City Hall) office is closed.
The Northeast office is accepting payments only (no cash).

You may pay your Water bill by phone by dialing (877) 309-3709.

You may pay your Real Estate Tax bill by phone by dialing (833) 913-0795.

The city now has a new web portal for paying taxes at tax-services.phila.gov. You can pay by e-check with no fee or credit card with a fee.

Further Information:
The Municipal Services Building (MSB) is open to the public. It is preferred that customers make an appointment.
Limited cashiering appointments can be made from the following revenue pages:
